1. 접근하는 정보

• 회사 전용 봇 계정에 명시적으로 공유된 Google Drive 폴더와 그 안의 파일에만 접근합니다.
• Google 계정 인증을 위해 봇 계정의 기본 계정 정보(이메일 주소)가 사용됩니다.

2. 이용 목적

회사 서버에서 만든 결과물을 납품 폴더에 올리고, 다시 내려받아 파일이 온전한지 확인하는 데에만 사용합니다.

3. 수집·제공하지 않는 것

• 일반 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
• Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 광고나 다른 목적에 사용하지 않습니다.
• Google API로 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

파일은 회사의 Google Drive와 회사 서버에만 보관됩니다. 접근 권한은 회사가 Google 계정 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

Effective 2026-10-19 · MONCROSS Drive Bot, an internal automation tool of MONCROSS.

• Data accessed: only Google Drive folders and files explicitly shared with the company's bot account, plus the bot account's basic profile (email) for authentication.
• Use: uploading company deliverables to those folders and re-downloading them to verify integrity. Nothing else.
• No collection or sharing: we do not collect personal data from the public, and we do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Retention: files are stored only in the company's Google Drive and company server. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account settings.
• Contact: the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
